   DotSyndicate provides digital marketing and software (websites, mobile apps, business dashboards) development services. All deliverables, timelines, and detailed scope are defined in separate retainer agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
   All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to DotSyndicate. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
4. User Obligations
   You agree not to:
   • Misuse the site or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
   • Post defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content.
   • Interfere with the site’s functionality.
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
5. Payment & Refund Procedures
   If we fail to deliver the service or product as specified in your retainer agreement, you may request a refund by emailing biz@dotsyndicate.com within 7 days of the agreed delivery date. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 days.
6. Termination of Use
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by ceasing use of the site.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
   These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
8. Modifications
   DotSyndicate may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
