Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date: 05/08/2025

1. Non-Refundable Retainer
   Our work is based on reserving time and expertise. Once work has commenced, payments made under the retainer are non-refundable. A retainer secures our availability and cannot be recovered.
2. Cancellation before Commencement
   If you wish to cancel before work begins, notify us in writing. We may, at our sole discretion, refund part of the retainer or apply it to future services, depending on timing and incurred costs.
3. Unused Services
   If services remain unused under a retainer, we may credit the value toward future work, subject to the terms of your retainer agreement and within the agreement’s valid period.
4. Force Majeure
   We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, labour disputes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
